New to our studio? These are the most commonly asked questions! 

 
 

WHAT DO I WEAR + BRING TO CLASS? 

Please wear comfortable workout clothes and expect to sweat. You will need a mat, small towel + we recommend a bottle of water. If you don't own a mat, we have rentals that can help you decide what type of mat to purchase for your practice. Need guidance? Ask! 

The studio has plenty of blocks + straps to borrow. 

 

NO SHOES

We practice barefoot + our studio floor is a sacred space. We ask you leave your shoes + worries at the door. Our front entry + back vestibule have spots for you to safely tuck away your shoes, keys, bags + other belongings. Doors are locked during class to ensure the safety of our clients + their belongings. 

 

DISCONNECT FOR 60 MINUTES

We ask you silence your phone before class + leave it with your bag or shoes in the cubbies. Yoga is a way for you to disconnect + replenish, so all you need in the studio is your mat and an open attitude for the practice ahead. In the rare instance you need your phone in the studio, please make sure it is tucked under a corner of your mat or covered by a towel to ensure it doesn't disturb other clients. 

 

WHEN DO I ARRIVE? 

10 minutes before class is a great amount of time to check in, get settled and prepare for practice. 

 

DO I NEED TO REGISTER IN ADVANCE? 

It is not required to pre-register for class via MindBody but we do recommend it. Some of our classes get full and we wouldn't want you to not have a spot. When in doubt, show up and we will make room for you! 

 

I'M NEW TO THE STUDIO... CAN I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MULTIPLE DISCOUNTS?  

Unfortunately, no. Our $10 intro offer is a great way to explore the different classes + teachers at our studio. Because of the extremely low cost, discounts + special offers cannot be combined.
